Struggle to produce good work with the limitations imposed by the system.

Pros

The company always pays wages on time. Paid time off is excellent. Retirement matching is very good.

Cons

Though the management tries to balance the workload they are rarely successful. The tools developed for our professional use are inadequate and wasteful. Micro-management is often difficult to deal with. Opportunities are few and far between, especially when the advancement positions are eliminated. Recent career advancement strategies offer no improvement, just a relabel.

Pros

Renaissance is a great place to work. I feel that my boss genuinely cares about me, encourages my talents and respects my ideas. I enjoy working with the people in my department. The department leaders always finding ways to make you feel appreciated. Benefits are great. And hey... free ice cream and coffee!

Cons

The people that complain about working at Renaissance have worked there so long that they don't realize how good they have it.

Pros

The ability to contribute to students' educational experience A group of solutions which have tremendous potential, across the globe A central office in the heart of Wisconsin, with additional offices located across the country!

Cons

Company mission/culture tenets is sometimes not the foundation or the guiding philospohy of our decisions Decisions seem to be more focused on the quickest path, and less focused on data driven influence. Product has lots of value, but lacks in robust/intuitive design.
