Great energy for the mission.

Pros

There is a lot of good energy across the company and a lot of commitment to quality and the mission.

Cons

There are a lot of different communication methods being used across the company but it still seems like communication and ideas don't necessarily flow freely all the time - still some silos.

looked down upon for hard work from other employees. Lazy employees get mad when you put in the work and they make it known.
