Pros

Great Job, Fast Paced, Always changing and exciting. Company really tries to take care of their employees. Love that the job is so close to home and the hours are great. Staff is extremely nice.

Cons

Not enough support from supervisors and from other departments. Instead of trying to help/teach new employees, the advice is to pass it off to someone more experienced.

Thank you for writing this review. I’m sorry to read that you feel your status or opportunities haven’t been communicated clearly. Though I don’t know the circumstances of your situation, I can say that hiring decisions are often fluid, and are determined by budgets and staffing needs. We would not want to give any false hope of full-time employment if we couldn’t follow through. — Kim Mitchell, Chief People Officer

Pros

Great workplace, fun atmosphere, great job.

Cons

Chastised for pushing yourself or being competitive, vague or generic answers from supervisors about permanent hire possibilities.

Pros

- Great people - A boss that cares - Great product - Consolidating offices - Seem to be really trying to make the company become more progressive and modern in their way of doing business.

Cons

-Tech teams could work better together, hence why consolidating is a positive. -Not enough diversity in all levels of company especially upper management. -Benefits such as vacation time can be improved. Really nice 401k matching but takes too long to be vested. But the CPO seems to be leading the charge in a very positive direction.
