      Pros

      Renaissance truly cares about it's employees. They are always doing little things to make us feel valued, and they really listen to our needs.

      Cons

      It's a fast-paced work environment. Things are always changing and progressing, and it's difficult to keep on top of all of the changes. That being said, Renaissance does it's best to help to train & guide us through it all.

      Good intentions, poor execution and management

      Pros

      Really intelligent and lovely group of people. I learned a lot about myself and what I don't want to have in my career, for that I am grateful.

      Cons

      No work life balance. No room for critical thinking. Every decision is reactive and poorly managed. You just have to follow the orders from top. No room for growth. No room for innovation. No room for risk taking. We just had to keep piling on poorly executed decisions.
