Pros

The culture of the office is excellent. People are helpful and believe in the mission. Jeans are acceptable and working remotely is very common. The benefits are excellent, and the training opportunities are limitless.

Cons

Interaction between departments could be better.

Good benefits, good vacation/sick policy, good work/life balance

Cons

The company no longer lives by the mission statement. Profits are now more important than people. Middle management treats employees poorly and disposable. Lack of support when reaching out to HR. Customers come second to profits.
