      Great place to work - interim CEO is fantastic

      Pros

      Had an opportunity to see Mike Evans, Interim CEO present at an all employee meeting recently. It is apparent that he is genuine and truly cares about the success of this company and the people he leads. I seriously hope he gets the CEO job, he deserves it. However, if for some reason he doesn't - he is the CFO and still in an important leadership position. Either way, Renaissance is in very good hands. Benefits here are good, but recent additions of paid sick time and a birthday holiday have made them even better. Leadership is not only listening, they are taking action!

      Cons

      The pace is fast, and work/life balance can sometimes be a challenge.

      Pros

      I love it here. I have a great work life balance. I'm challenged to grow professionally. I contribute in creative, meaningful ways. It's great.

      Cons

      Starting salary is a little lower than national average, but you can ask for a raise after a few years. Hopefully I will get mine.
