I have worked for Renaissance for nearly 16 years now and I have to say that it is one of the best companies I have ever worked for in my 34 years in employment. They really do believe in the mission and the recent changes that have been made means there is much more recognition for employees.

Cons

I really don't think there are that many downsides.

RLI employs some of the most excellent leaders and employees I've ever had the pleasure of working with. Those hired truly believe in the companies vision to accelerate learning for all. I believe that RLI does a great job taking care of it's employees and providing them with the professional learning they need to flourish in their roles.

Cons

Communications from the top down could be improved.
