I've worked here nearly a year in the Madison office and have only positive things to say about Renaissance- I have fantastic colleagues with diverse backgrounds who are smart and motivated to do their best work. I like my day to day work and feel my input and opinions are valued and that my work is appreciated.

Pros

Renaissance has been making some great changes lately based on employee feedback. The changes aren't happening because the environment was bad but because they are listening to the needs to keep employees happy. It is great to be a part of a company that is the leader in educational services. The new ideas are exciting and fun to be a part of.

Cons

The jobs can be demanding, but also rewarding. I imagine most any job will be stressful at times, working at Renaissance is no different, but the company is aware of that and celebrates success and recognizes employees for their contributions.
