Pros

Full of learning opportunities in high tech work place for Wisconsin Rapids/Stevens Point area. Competent and and great people to work with. Reasonable benefits.

Cons

High stress and super fast paced work place. No one knows what tomorrow will bring. The great mission statement seems like a thing in the past.

One of the best companies in Ed-Tech to work for

Pros

Very mission driven, great balance between mission and the business results it takes to be able to invest back into driving to the mission. Very transparent from CEO thru senior leadership team - share a lot on how the company is doing, key priorities and status across team. Recent hires have a greater drive for results (indicative of other tech companies they have come from). Culture is changing - not a bad thing as the market is much more competitive - however many are having a hard time in dealing with change

Cons

Organization is not fully ready for change - and many work hard to hold a brick wall to change citing change is counter to mission - i don't agree with that. Too many locations making it hard to get cross-departmental work done. Still too many teams operating in silo's citing they did what they were told to and not stepping out of the box to think of better ways to do things and work across functions - getting better but ways to go. IT infrastructure gets in the way and is not enabling the business to seek opportunities for success.
