Pros

The company has relaxed some policies on social media, flexible hours (depending on dept), working from home (depending on dept), dress code, etc that are bringing it into a modern age. The mission of the company is one anyone can get behind: accelerating learning for all children and adults.

Cons

The constant state of change in the company leaves many employees feeling unsure of their positions or future. With change being the new norm, communication has not improved to implement those changes well. The left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. It can be frustrating.

Pros

Mission driven, takes care of customers and is growing.

Cons

Culture divide between legacy employees and all new executive leadership team; Midwestern work-life balance sensibility meets Silicon Valley stop at nothing, work-first drive.

Pros

Renaissance is a very healthy company rooted in strong core values with progressive modern day leadership and cutting edge product innovation. Employees are given opportunities to deliver value in numerous dimensions and to flex their talent muscles in ways that allow optimal performance. Having had the opportunity to work for many companies in my career, Renaissance is by far one of the very best all around. The people, culture, benefits, professional challenges, talent, leadership and all around experience is exceptional.

Cons

As with any company, there is limited time, funding, and human capital to support everything and difficult prioritization trade-off decisions need to be made in the best interest of the company strategy.
