People first is a farse

Pros

This organization has great time off policies, sick time, etc. there's also flexible scheduling.

Cons

Pay is competitive or equal, especially after an acquisition. They allow leadership to bully entire teams. People are appointed to growth positions, regardless of qualifications (and without a proper recruitment process). There's a requirement to be "aware" of the business 8-8, 24/7.

Pros

I worked with a talented team of hard-working analysts. Most MTSS managers were also great to work with.

Cons

A total lack of empathy on behalf of leadership. There was also very little to no training, at least for me. Day-to-day work was complete chaos, with little understanding between teams. Nobody completely understands the products the company is selling, causing confusion and frustration for school districts.
