We appreciate the feedback and we recognize that it can be challenging to employees when integrating an acquired company. The changes made to our selling structure position Renaissance for a strong financial future. Additionally, our DEI Inclusion Council has a subcommittee focused on Acquisitions & Integrations that is working together to improve this experience for both existing and acquired employees.

Pros

The best thing about working at Renaissance is the benefits. Unlimited PTO, 20 Weeks Paternal leave, and lots of holidays off to spend with family. In my position we were given the option to continue to work from home or work in the office. i feel like this company is trying to give a great work life balance to employees.

Cons

For the position I am in I feel a little underpaid. I know others in the company at my level are making more and asking for more money I am met with the budget is tight and we can't afford to pay you more.

Pros

Great culture & message. Pay is comparable. Great for someone who is self-directed

Cons

Upper Management doesn't have clear procedures published on what a "successful" year for a CSM looks like, so its hard to maximize a bonus, since there is no established criteria. Reactive vs proactive in giving staff the tools to succeed.
