Pros

- Flexible work schedule. They need to be commended for implementing work from home for their sales team prior to the pandemic. - Incredible front-line associates who legitimately care about what they do.

Cons

- Leadership views sales as purely a practice of volume. More calls, more sales. They turned Account Managers into SDRs essentially. - The pay is low, at best. A search of LinkedIn or Google tells you that you are making a minimum of 20% less than everyone else in the industry. This used to be OK, because the culture and the other benefits were so good. That is no longer the case. - DEI. DEI by itself is really positive and something they needed to focus on. DEI at the expense of everything else is a poor strategy. One would think there could be a balance between Unconscious Bias training and skill-building training, but it felt like the company was over-correcting for years of ignorance. - Values are a one-way street. Trust Each Other actually means Trust Upper Management. If you express concern it is met with a lot of things, but Trust isn't typically one of them.

Pros

The benefits are great. Alex does an amazing job with the ERG's, My friends, old teammates and peers are the greatest benefit. The pay is good. I learned so much from employees and managers. I'm so happy that I've experienced and learned from others.

Cons

To accelerate learning for all children and adults of all ability levels and ethnic and social backgrounds, worldwide. Renaissance Learning Response… From a Glass door review. “Trust Each Other we are committed to upholding the highest standards of integrity and trust. “Transparency is a word that was used daily. It turned into… Where is the trust? Seven people were blindsided and let go after the best year of selling that the team ever had. A handful of new management making their way up now. Commission plan changes radically every year as they discover new and innovative ways to make you work harder for less. Unreasonable goals are an understatement, and they compared our goals to the previous year, except PD went from new business to not being included in your annual goal. We got commission on it at less than 1%. The more the company changed the more toxic it got. Some managers would Lie, favoritism is involved. When it came to training on the 40 products we have, we are expected to watch a video and sell it. This is where our mission comes in. We all learn differently and there are demo sights that don’t work and an abundance of training that’s needed. Be a yes person and do what they say, you’ll be ok. There is no promise for your security within the company. Quarterly meetings changed from letting us know how the company is doing to how statistics that show they are growing in diversity. cal!
