Great People, Terrible Management!
Pros
Very nice co-workers. Hard working people with decades of experience. Decent medical and dental benefits. Work life balance is awsome because no one works OT due to the change in policy.
Cons
Management takes advantage of employees due to their longevity at the company. Removal of OT and Call-in policies without any written notice. Straight time on worked holidays. No double time. No reimbursement for using your cell phones for business. No money for improvement to building. Limited money for production machine improvement. Very old machines. The manufacturing building is literally a step back in time 2 decades. Dell desktop PCs are at least 15 years old. Chemical factory with no hot water in the rest rooms. Low lighting in work areas. High turn over on new employees. Two years is the average due to the contract they sign you on with a great bonus. Above average annual review but received 1.5% raise. This is just the tip of the iceberg.
