Pros
Very smart and knowledgeable engineers and product development team. Engineering management is also very understanding and felxible.
Cons
Upper management (Director and supporting roles) lack fundamental knowledge about how to run a successful semiconductor business especially the Palm Bay site. Maintanence team is embarrasingly mismanaged. Very high turnover rate. Current atmosphere is a shadow of bad oversight by previous managers and directors. Pay is good but low compared to the competiton. High stress environment and company fails to offer professional advancements.
