      The techs are great! The fab techs, the maintenance techs, and even most of the engineers are great!

      Cons

      Management is extremely toxic! Absolutely no standards! Production supervisor on days makes up the rules as he goes and has relationships with his employees. Writes some people up for doing one things but doesn't write up others for doing the same. He's not fit for his role but they scraped the bottom of the barrel with him. If you're a woman be very careful applying for any role in this company! They are very condescending towards women and make misogynistic comments constantly. Dont bother going to HR about it, nothing happens.
