Pros

Great camaraderie and sense of belonging. People are very welcoming and appreciative of my work.

Cons

Some issues with scheduling and the administrative department could be corrected to ensure a nice workflow of patients and improve quality of care. Also, there is not much space for every physician to have a personal office space.

Free lunch for the Food and Nutrition department

Cons

You won't get your time off unless someone will cover your shift. There is favoritism. Supervisor is not helpful at all. I felt like I was set to failure than to succeed. Alot of drama.
