      You are a number. What they really care about is your license and your ability to perform a job. They are not that interested in the quality of work, just that you can generate income and keep productivity high.

      Great culture solidly permeated throughout the orgnaization. Strong employee recognition programs. Very focused on patient satisfaction and employee engagement.

      Prior expansion has resulted in financial challenges in a very high unemployment market (big increase in self pay).
