      Decent pay and good benefits

      Cons

      Understaffed, overworked, no budget to hire more employees, treat employees like they're disposable which in turn forces people to quit. Fires hard workers for idiotic reasons and keeps incompetent people. Ridiculous policies that cause inadequate patient care. The bottom line is money not taking care of patients.
