Pros
Upper Management Credibility = ZERO!!!
Cons
When I first started, I looked forward to advancing my skills and experience; but come to find out, I was just another "disposable pawn in their chest game." I have only worked there for a little over 2 months (not counting the 2 weeks of "extensive training" I had to complete before working in my department). Got reprimanded or in their theory, "counseled" for minor discrepancies in spite of the fact I was still training. Reviewed disciplinary actions with my supervisor or "leader" as part of my 1:1 orientation, yet got summoned to HR a couple weeks later and was coerced by my supervisor and the HR representative to resign due to their alleging view of my incompetence. Mind you, the HR representative had just met me that day and spoke of "her concerns." My leader spoke of many untruths about my performance and threw my peers under the bus by stating they were the ones who had complained. They tried to coerce me into admitting my incompetence and to get me to say I was not fit for that position. They wanted me to agree to a resignation because they did not want to terminate me. Working here has be the most mortifying experience. I highly do not recommend anyone to work here. Bullying is their main tactic to all employees and should be looked into by any medical board of ethics.
