      Pros

      I worked as a travel RN and found this to be a GREAT PLACE to work. I enjoyed my time as an employee and made to feel like we all worked as a team. I felt appreciated and respected by Nursing Management. Nurse to patient ratio was as appropriate for care needs.

      Cons

      One downside Registered Nurses may find is that Renown Medical Center is a very large hospital and the CVICU is one of the largest Open Hear Surgery Units I have seen.
