Renown Health is an organization filled with exceptional, bright, compassionate people. The people at this organization were what made me stay for 5 years.

Cons

Due to the size of the organization, it was challenging to efficiently make impactful change or to move projects forward.

Pros

Renown is a large facility and the only trauma center in Northern Nevada. It has a great culture and allows you to go as a nurse. If you love nursing this is the place for you.

Cons

The amount of indigent care we provide but the ultimate goal is to make a difference for our community and that is definitely what we do.
