Management Needs to get their Priorities Straight

Pros

They have good benefits, but they should considering they have a health insurance company

Cons

Their is a lot of turnover, probably due to the increasing demands from leadership. People get burned out easily. If you started at Renown doing one job you will end up with multiple jobs that were never in your job description. You will work long hours for low pay with minimal help. The "leaders" expect a lot out of the staff. If you aren't above the Director level you will get paid less than similar jobs at other companies.
