The health benefits are great, unfortunately just as expensive as anywhere else but much better benefits then other places

Cons

Leadership turnover has been an issue for at least the last 5 years, probably longer. I don't know why but leadership doesn't last which makes for a frustrating working environment

Pros

Company is great to work for, but only part time work is available at the location I am at. Good benefits package, decent pay.

Cons

Down side is all of the Holidays you have to work because it is a healthcare system. To work in any area you are mandated to get the flu shot. So if that does not bother you then this is a good place to work.
