Pros

I recently trained for a design consultant position at Cabinets America. While I found the technology aspect of the job challenging—especially mastering the CAD-like software under tight timeframes—I was truly impressed by the company’s supportive culture and outstanding leadership. Two individuals stood out during my experience: Bihn, our trainer, and Shane, the manager of the design consultant division. Bihn’s patient teaching style, creative vision, and commitment to continuous improvement made training both engaging and inspiring. His professionalism and forward-thinking approach set a high standard for the team. Shane, as a manager, was unlike any I’ve reported to in my past work experience. He was realistic about the job requirements and openly shared his own early challenges in the role, which made the learning curve feel less daunting. Shane was always approachable, encouraging, and positive—never making me feel incompetent or out of place. His leadership style creates an environment where employees and new hires feel supported and motivated to grow. The leadership qualities demonstrated by Bihn and Shane reflect Renuity’s high standards for culture, growth, and employee support. I recommend this company 100%.

Cons

I have nothing negative to share.

Pros

As long as they don't sell the company to another investor, everything is fine.

Cons

If you're already working for Renuity and you hear they've sold the company again, I recommend you start looking for a job. After they sold the company, they started laying off almost all the staff they didn't need, and with no remorse.
