Thank you for your feedback. The management team and I read every review and try to learn from them in terms of what we should keep doing more of and what we need to change. I was disheartened to read about your experience here, and we will continue to listen and strive for excellence. Please know that my door and Bill’s door are always open, as are Rich's and Olivia's, to both current and former Reonomists. It is worth quickly noting, for the audience on Glassdoor, that we rely on several strong and widely used compensation providers to always ensure our team is paid fairly and competitively for a small, growing company. We are also proud of all of the internal growth our team members experience. Since April 1, 2021 we've had 30 team members (25 ICs) experience exciting promotions. Lastly, in a recent industry survey we participated in we received the result of better than average total and voluntary turnover rates. It is disappointing to hear your experience regarding feedback, as we pride ourselves on remaining accountable and tie thematic feedback directly to our team initiatives and long term strategy. While you are no longer at the company, we would love to connect with you to hear more about the areas you have outlined. It’s worth noting, for the audience on Glassdoor, that promotions are based on business need, performance against Reonomy’s performance framework, or as an outcome of an identified gap within the organization or a departmental restructure. Since April 1, 2021 we have had 30 team members (25 ICs) across all departments experience exciting promotions as a result of all three of these categories. This past year we also implemented an official internal transfer policy in order to facilitate cross-functional growth opportunities, we have already seen this take place and are excited to have our Reonomists continue to go through this process!
