      Pros

      Products are excellent, disruptors in the marketplace. Could be best in industry with proper support.

      Cons

      Company grew too fast for management to keep up. Poor product integration and terrible culture change fostered by management.

      Pros

      Tonpy Hunt cannot stop the relentless move downward of the stock and it now lags behind its peers. The next earrings report should be very telling. Stock may below 100 by the fall cutting the market cap in half. Recent senior management hires have done nothing to improve the fortunes of the company. Stay away unless you want to be laid off eventually

      Cons

      If you work here get out while there is time. It is a mismanaged company. Senior execs know it too. Why Hunt has recently sold so many of his share. Writing is on the wall

      Good Company - Rough Patch Right now

      Pros

      Repligen is in great markets with innovative products that are usually leaders in the markets it competes in. Also because it went through such a big growth spurt you still have great opportunities to interact with leadership and do a lot of work outside of what you were hired for so you can still learn a lot - I know I am!

      Cons

      The wider turndown in the industry (which is expected to turn around this year) has led to significant cutbacks in both budgets and headcount. It was supposed to be done at once but appears to be ongoing in bits and has led to a lot of people quitting as well. Morale is pretty low right now but we should see things brighten up later this year and into next year. There's also been a lot of turnover in leadership - I think it'll be for the better but I'm not sure yet. And because of all the turnover staffing is really lean and everyone has a LOT on their plate - probably not sustainable over the long term.
