      Pros

      Many good people at mid-management and lower. A wide variety of products and services keeps things interesting. They are well-positioned to see average industry growth in near term.

      Cons

      Most upper management is from Thermo Fisher and the company's goal is to be like Thermo Fisher. This eliminates the potential for being better or for improving methods over what TF has accomplished. Much of upper management are out of touch and on auto pilot.

      The only pro is that you work remotely which is why people stay

      Cons

      All the employees complain about eachother and never come to a resolution for fixing the actual issues which are disorganization, system implementation, and management. I hated this place! No diversity either.

      Good benefits, innovative products, right size to make and impact. A handful of great folks at all levels.

      Cons

      Toxic behaviors are tolerated at all levels as long as the people in question deliver results. Complaints go unaddressed. CEO in the weeds, little empowerment. Roles at high level get hired without ever been published, limiting career advance for people.
