There is a good ammount of PTO. The company seems to be growing a good ammount. Excellent margins. There are a lot of great employees.

Cons

To me it seems that bonus/raises are not tied to performance. I am constantly in their "above standard" employee category but not much if anything is seen in terms of raises or bonus.
