Learned a lot because it's a small place - also meant I was able to do lots of different things, and it's a very collaborative environment Senior staff (including CEO) very involved with everyday meetings, decisions, and staff functions They try to be invovled in the community in a positive way. Provide learning opportunities for staff at all levels.

Cons

Pay low compared to other companies in the region. Small company can make it hard to advance

small company environment, good people to work with, opportunities for growth and career development, a number of company events to bring employees together

not a lot of resources are available, limited admin support, inability for a lot of employees to work from home even during snow storms, limited vacation
