      Pros

      benefits could be better, 8 hour workday because no one wants to contribute more than 4 hours per day. office culture is survival games, who can stab quicker, harder, deeper. clear lines of discrimination, nepotism, and male dominance.

      Cons

      Ineffective management, all male executives, assistant director position for females being the highest level. positive reviews on social media sights are scripted by public relations.

      Pros

      Great group of people working there. Very laid back environment and room to be creative.

      Cons

      Small company so everyone knows what you're doing and wants to give their 2-cents; which can get annoying when you just want to finish your experiment the way you had planned and THEN get input from others.
