Pros
The people at the bottom rungs of the company tend to be great people. Repligen offers a way to grow experience to move on to better jobs.
Cons
Incompetent upper management. The OPUS department's procedures are complex and difficult to follow leading to a very chaotic environment with high stress. Lower level managers are held responsible for operator errors regardless of involvement in said mistakes. As the company rapidly grew, the positions gained more and more responsibilities increasing work load and stress making the work more difficult. The cleanrooms in the Waltham location have HVAC issues and operators have sweat directly into customer product. The company is too cheap to fix it.
