      Pros

      emerging player to contest big suppliers. pay can be good in MA, many others under paid. balanced work schedule.

      Cons

      Lost founding CEO and now poorly run by new c-level team. Major reduction of current employees to bring in employees from ceo former org. Complete lack of accountability of sr management for certain sectors within the company. No harmonization of different business units.

      Pros

      The compensation is highly competitive, both salary and bonus reflect the value the employees bring to the company. The benefits package is one of the best I've seen including health and welfare benefits and time off. The culture is collaborative where people genuinely support each other. The leadership is approachable and open to feedback. Its a fast paced environment but the culture is definitely motivated. I feel valued, heard, and encouraged to grow.

      Cons

      Fast paced environment -- great for some (& me!) but can be challenging if you prefer a slow rhythm.

      Pros

      The employees that came from C Technologies are terrific to work with. Great benefits package. Sad to say all was lost when Repligen acquired them.

      Cons

      Turned too corporate - no longer a person, you became a number. Newer (after acquisition) managers don't know how to communicate. No longer work / life balance - just get the job done. Salary increases at review time are next to nothing, the only way to get money is to show a job offer in hand.
