      Pros

      Good product lines. Interesting work with some good challenges

      Cons

      Senior Management lacks real involvement with the day to day operations. Middle management tends to run without upper management guidance and are not experienced enough to do so. Many bad decisions made.

      Pros

      Repligen is in great markets with innovative products that are usually leaders in the markets it competes in. Also because it went through such a big growth spurt you still have great opportunities to interact with leadership and do a lot of work outside of what you were hired for so you can still learn a lot - I know I am!

      Cons

      The wider turndown in the industry (which is expected to turn around this year) has led to significant cutbacks in both budgets and headcount. It was supposed to be done at once but appears to be ongoing in bits and has led to a lot of people quitting as well. Morale is pretty low right now but we should see things brighten up later this year and into next year. There's also been a lot of turnover in leadership - I think it'll be for the better but I'm not sure yet. And because of all the turnover staffing is really lean and everyone has a LOT on their plate - probably not sustainable over the long term.
