Too many to list. Zero growth opportunities, blatant nepotism, and almost all departments are severely underpaid. They will ask you to move around to other departments and do work outside of your job "for the good of the company". Management ignores complaints, punishes those who speak up, and fosters a toxic work environment. If you want to be overworked and underpaid, you can work here.

"Safety is our number one priority" is a phrase that's repeated quite frequently here, but the actions of management speak otherwise. We've been complaining about the heat inside the production suites for 3 years now and they haven't done anything to fix it, claiming they didn't have the budget, but there was plenty of money to give the front of the building an unnecessary face-lift. Someone literally almost got crushed to death by a falling piece of equipment, and their immediate response was to USE HUMAN BEINGS AS COUNTERWEIGHTS. Absolute joke of a company. If you're good at your job then get ready to be good at everyone else's job as well, I have seen this place drive away their best employees time and time again and I'm on my way out as well. On top of that, pay is significantly less than other companies in the biotech industry. Do not recommend.
