      Pros

      Benefits are good. That is it and they are not worth it.

      Cons

      - Toxic work environment. People will step on your throat if it means they get an inch higher on the ladder. There is no support from the senior leadership team or HR for the average worker. - Some HR workers can be petty, vindictive and gossiping. Do not expect any support from them if you are having a hard time or need support you have a legal right to. - They will overwork you. They will underpay you. They will not give second thought or care to this. - Rapid expansion puts undue stress on employees but again, as with everything else, they don’t care about the people actually doing the work.

      Pros

      The company is split in half. Some employees are very friendly and easy to work with and the other half think thay are better than you . and the VP dont see the true vibe of repligen and what happens in house.

      Cons

      Alot of back stabber for person growth, very toxic environment. Thay hire people with A plus resume but don't really have the experience. And pay is not equal for the same position.

      Pros

      There are a lot of good people who work here. You will learn a lot because there are always tasks to be completed if you take initiative. CEO seems somewhat liberal and is helping to expand the company. I think he is mostly unaware of many of the “con” issues at the company.

      Cons

      Racism is allowed by upper management and HR (although CEO/company policy prohibits.) Employees are constantly expected to stay late/put in overtime hours. Company is severely short staffed. Repligen rarely hosts company events to boost employee morale. Facility roof is constantly leaking after it rains. Employees at Repligen make less than they could at other companies. There is a higher than usual turnover rate at Repligen than at other biotech companies.
