Good solid growth, good CEO and top line management. Excellent salary and compensation

Cons

Unable to support rapid growth. Some management teams put all pressure, responsibility and burden on product management team without providing any supporting team or resources. The management line below Executive level is more interested in bolstering their achievements and product growth than supporting their team or ensuring product continual improvement. It’s not company wide but siloed so if you land in this silo you have no voice. PM are not enabled to make decisions without going up multi level ladder.

Bad management and work atmosphere. Company only wants to make money and ignores quality. Your manager only wants to show higher production numbers even with tons of deviations and quality concerns

Company truly wants success Compensation could be better, but not the worst in the industry Accountability CEO is willing to listen

Cons

401K is terrible Some weeks work hours are just to much Promotions should be based solely on merit not threats to leave or favorites QA and QC, I would say are under paid and valued
