-Got rid on quarterly bonus -Got rid of overtime -Employees who used to work M-F were forced switch to work rotation weekends (short notice) -Seniority and favoritism is HUGE -Management and HR don't reward loyalty no matter how long or how hard you've worked -"laid off" 10 or more people in order not to pay the yearly bonus - HR "investigations" lead nowhere, and are not taken serious. They take supervisors side even tho there's proof they're wrong. - Directors who tell employees to good rid of or hide materials from monthly cycle counts are rewarded with even higher positions.

-Not flexible at all. You have to clock in and out with a badge even for lunch breaks. - Leadership is for the most part, poorly selected and display no leadership skills. - Low pay that drives away people. - Understaffed due to previous point. - HR bluntly puts business over people. - Unsafe working environment caused by both, neglected equipment (leaking steam valves), and violent personnel. - Promotions are given based on politics and not merits. - Unqualified employees, for both management roles as well as manufacturing. (Probably because competent people are taken by better and more competent companies)
