      Pros

      Most of the workers are nice people, which is probably the only reason I've stayed this long.

      Cons

      "Safety is our number one priority" is a phrase that's repeated quite frequently here, but the actions of management speak otherwise. We've been complaining about the heat inside the production suites for 3 years now and they haven't done anything to fix it, claiming they didn't have the budget, but there was plenty of money to give the front of the building an unnecessary face-lift. Someone literally almost got crushed to death by a falling piece of equipment, and their immediate response was to USE HUMAN BEINGS AS COUNTERWEIGHTS. Absolute joke of a company. If you're good at your job then get ready to be good at everyone else's job as well, I have seen this place drive away their best employees time and time again and I'm on my way out as well. On top of that, pay is significantly less than other companies in the biotech industry. Do not recommend.

      Floor-level employees are great to work with and knowledgeable about their jobs.

      Upper management is clueless about the expertise of employees and only cares about THEIR bottom lines.
