      Pros

      Lots of work in an increasing range of biotechnology related fields. Repligens drive to expand into all corners of the biotechnology market allows for opportunities to apply work in specific fields into interesting new use cases. Their company culture and benefits are average compared to the rest of the industry.

      Cons

      Moving from one position to another is not a clear path. They could do more to make the process of internal transfers easier.

      Pros

      Depending on the dept you’re working for, you can either get really fun people or people who just want to work and leave.

      Cons

      Besides in manufacturing, other departments seem to be lead by managers/supervisors that stunt their teams growth. They are either afraid to lose the person in their group to another team, or they give you false promises. The turnover rates are high due to poor management, not necessarily the culture. But even the culture gets affected by the high turnover…
