Laid back, hands off management. Good people, even with how big they've gotten, they have managed to still have the small business feel

-Free parking. -Free coffee. -Free bathrooms. -Used to be better.

Cons

-Not flexible at all. You have to clock in and out with a badge even for lunch breaks. - Leadership is for the most part, poorly selected and display no leadership skills. - Low pay that drives away people. - Understaffed due to previous point. - HR bluntly puts business over people. - Unsafe working environment caused by both, neglected equipment (leaking steam valves), and violent personnel. - Promotions are given based on politics and not merits. - Unqualified employees, for both management roles as well as manufacturing. (Probably because competent people are taken by better and more competent companies)
