Great work culture, Friendly co-workers, tons of opportunities to learn. Good benefits.
Cons
People in the Human Resources department are super laid back, do not care about employee retention and do not pay attention to their needs. They would rather have you leave and hire new people than addressing your questions/concerns. The pay scale is very much on the lower side- not at all competitive compared to what you might get at most other biotech companies.
