Super laid back management (I need at least five words so here’s some more words)

Cons

Sexist work environment, especially around OPUS mfg and one of the QC analysts in particular. Lots of lazy/bad employees. Expect to be frustrated. Although that could be a “pro” if you’re looking for an easy/lazy job. Glad to be gone :)

This is specifically for the EMT location. -good benefits. -flexible hours

I used to feel good about working for EMT but recently it’s been hard to feel anything but frustrated and stressed out. EMT hired about 50-60 people since I’ve started here and very few of them are even fit for the job. It’s so frustrating seeing so many people clearly taking advantage of the system and continuously get away with it. Then in the end EVERYONE gets punished. With how much BS you have to deal with the pay is pretty bad.
