New Management Has Ruined Republic !

Interacting with and hiring great candidates! Flight Benefits!

Cons

Terrible new Mgmt at multiple levels with little to zero aviation experience who don’t know what they are doing! Mgmt became very controlling and was highly unprofessional in many cases. Mgmt would flip-flop on how they wanted you to do things one day to the next which created unnecessary confusion. Went from being treated like well respected adults to being micromanaged like children even though exceeding goals! Also very disorganized! Poor training!

Flight benefits are great but no other pros

Cons

Management is could use alot of improvement. If you want to work for a company that does nothing when you are going to management about your having issues with a hostile co worker this is the place to work. They don't keep employees accountable. They are willing to pay employees to do nothing and yet those who do hard work are never compensated. They are looking for top talent yet are not willing to compensate employees a reasonable salary. Cop out answer is always that they dont pay like big tech companies.
