      Easy to get in. Some people you work is great!

      Listen!! Don’t apply here if you want to make ends meet. Being a flight attendant is not a job, it’s a lifestyle. BUT THEY WILL NOT PAY YOU ENOUGH TO LIVE. I REPEAT! DONT DO IT! You have been warned! If you really want to become a FA, go for a company that will invest in you. If you go with Republic, YOU WILL BE POOR!! YOU WILL NOT HAVE ENOUGH MONEY FOR FOOD OR TO PAY BILLS.

      I work with great coworkers. Everyone has great work ethic and wants the best for everyone else.

      Cons

      Management completely disregards our needs. If we want a team-building opportunity, we have to plan it or else nothing happens. We're putting in 14-15 hours days, asking for more help and it's taken months to get any hiring response. Our responsibilities have us completely overwhelmed as well. People are getting sick, work-life balance is at an all time low, department morale is terrible, and it seems like people could start jumping ship soon.

      Good Benefits for health dental and vision

      Cons

      Run run run. This place has a high turn over for a reason. On the first week they have extensive book training for 10 LONG hours each day with a trainer who comes off very rude and impolite. Then everyday you have a test which determines if you can even make it to the actually floor. There's no way three months of information be retained in 5 days! This place does not care about new hires and sets them up for failure.
