      Pros

      You will get flight time here reserves usually get used especially in the Northeast.

      Cons

      People will try to get you fired and republic seems to like people to not stay longer the 2 or 3 years at a time.

      Pros

      Good Training, Career Advancement Opportunities, Treats Employees with Respect, Good Flight, Medical, Dental, 401k Benefits. Great work travel opportunities. Recently Updated Time off schedule from Vacay/Sick to PTO and added more time for associates to take off.

      Cons

      I would have to say that the night shift schedule would be the only con.

      benefits of traveling and as with any job there are good and bad employees benefits are that you can sometimes choose whom you like to work with benefits are that when you have seniority you can choose the times to work benefits are you can choose your favorite cities to fly to

      Cons

      sometimes flights are cancelled & you loose flying sometimes you get stranded sometimes you work more hours than scheduled because of bad weather sometimes you work with difficult passengers and difficult employees
