The company feels like a mini family, great employees. Being able to fly for all 3 major codeshares, and getting benefits for all 3. Having the most flexibility in our schedules.

Cons

Wish we had more international flying. Wish our pay was better.

Travel benefits, friendly co-workers, easy going environment. Alot of potential if they paid more.

Cons

Would have to say the pay, we do the same routes and service as our codeshares. American, United, and Delta. Yet we are referred to as a regional airline. If our routes and service mirrored actual regional service that would be one thing. However, we do 2-3 hour long flights with meals and several beverage services just like our mainline codeshares, but we are paid under half of what mainline starts out with per year. I guess it would just be cheaper to keep us contracted as a regional for cost cutting purposes as they slowly introduce more of mainline into our work routine. It's a sneaky way to save money, but business is business.

Pros

By far the best regional airline to fly for. The flight benefits are amazing. Scheduling is very helpful and wants to help you out. The job is so much fun and I wouldn’t trade it for anything else.

Cons

Pay stinks and reserve is awful. Getting a line is near impossible at most of the bases for years. Many reserves are lucky to fly twice in a month.
