      Pros

      There are some nice flight attendants and pilots to work with. Enjoyed the travel.

      Cons

      The company and management just do not care about their employees. I went back to my professional job as a registered nurse where I am appreciated by the patients. I am thankful that I have a wonderful job. Republic airlines is just not a nice company to work for. I regret even working for them. My advice is to stay away!

      Inflight management doesn't respond to employees until it's beneficial to them Too many loopholes that benefit the company in FA contract Penalized for taking earned sick leave -1 point occurrence You have to clean the planes, depending on airline More work for less pay than mainline $18 vs. $29 (per flight hour) Company leadership regularly fails to look out for their frontline employees Exploit the kindness of FAs generosity Undercompensated and underappreciated

      Pros

      Love the travel and meeting new people all the time, since you work with different people each time. The flight benefits are great.

      Cons

      The pay...be aware you only paid your hourly rate from the time the door shuts on the plane until the door is opened.
