Pros

It's a job. The 170s are easy and comfortable to fly. The training department was much better than I experienced at another foreign carrier and domestic carrier.

Cons

Terrible morale. Low wages. Dishonest management. You must fight for your rightful pay. It is a circus.

Good place to start, learn the ropes of the airline industry, and to see if you like the lifestyle. Good people to work with.

Cons

Pay rates are average, upper management is shady and deceitful, union representatives are horrible, schedules are not very productive
