Easy to learn job, good work environment

Pay is very low, can't get raise until working there a year, high turnover rate in my area.

None yet that I can think of.

Cons

Stuck in my base on "hot reserve" neaning sit at the airport waiting to get a call that doesn't come to tell me to go to work. While on hot reserve you get half pay. So between crash pad and Uber I have negative income. More then half the class that I graduated with have already quit.
